Process

How PlanCraft Studio Works

Six clear steps from inquiry to final deliverables. Every project moves through the same flow: scope, quote, alignment, production, and review.

Step 1

Share Your Project Details

Send your project type, location, available sketches, floor plans, photos, measurements, goals, and any reference materials you already have.

Step 2

We Review the Scope

We review your materials and clarify what level of design support is needed — CAD drafting, layout planning, storefront direction, 3D visualization, or a combined package.

Step 3

Receive a Custom Quote

Because every project is different, we provide a quote based on project scope, drawing requirements, complexity, available references, and timeline.

Step 4

Align on Direction

Once the scope is confirmed, we align on deliverables, assumptions, style direction, and expected timeline before production begins.

Step 5

Receive Drawings and Visuals

You receive the agreed drawings, layouts, renderings, or concept files depending on the selected scope of work.

Step 6

Review and Refine

If the project scope includes revisions, we review feedback and make agreed updates so the final files are clear and useful.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions clients usually ask before requesting a quote.

What kinds of projects do you support?

We support residential, office, retail, restaurant, cafe, hospitality, and health & wellness projects, including homes, villas, stores, workplaces, hotels, clinics, salons, and wellness spaces.

I don't have full drawings yet — can you still help?

Yes. Most clients reach out with rough sketches, hand notes, photos, or rough measurements. Part of our service is reading those inputs and turning them into clearer floor plans, layouts, or visual direction.

How is pricing calculated?

Each project is quoted individually. Pricing depends on space size, project scope, drawing requirements, design complexity, what reference materials you can provide, and how soon you need delivery. We do not sell template packages.

How long does a typical project take?

Smaller drafting and layout tasks can move within days. Larger concept packages with renderings or revisions take longer. After we review your materials we share a timeline as part of the quote.

Can you create 3D renderings from a floor plan or sketch?

Yes. We produce simplified 3D views and presentation-ready renderings that help clients understand the spatial direction before detailed production. Final fidelity depends on the inputs you can share.

Can you redraw or clean up a drawing I already have?

Yes. Drafting cleanup and redraws are common requests — for example turning a hand sketch into a tidy CAD plan, or cleaning up an old PDF for a clearer presentation.

Do you guarantee permit or construction approval?

No. Permit and approval requirements vary by city, country, and project type. We support the design and drawing portion of the work but do not act as a stamping architect or local engineer. Some projects will still need a licensed local professional to submit final filings.

Are you a fully remote service?

Yes. Project intake, quote, communication, file sharing, revisions, and delivery are all handled remotely. There are no in-person site visits as part of the standard workflow.

What file formats do you deliver?

Common deliverables include PDF, DWG, PNG, and JPG depending on the scope. If you need a specific format for a contractor, presentation tool, or permit consultant, mention it in your project details.
